The "Lite Version" of The Nest is a new concept for those people who firstly don't have the time to do 3 sessions a week with 1 Live Zoom Community and who cant afford the fees for the "Full Version" of The Nest.

The "Lite Version" is a 27 week long course, which is also divided into 3 Trimesters with the final Trimester being shorter than the "Full Version".

The "Lite Version" includes 54 Teachings, 21 Live Zoom Community Sessions and 12 Bonus Sessions.

Structured around three 12 week Trimesters.

Trimester 1 starts on the 3rd of May 2022 and ends on the 19th of July 2022.

Trimester 2 starts on the 6th of September 2022 and ends on the 22nd of November 2022.

Trimester 3 starts on the 3rd of January 2023 and ends on the 19th of January 2023.
